PlantScreen高通量表(biao)型(xing)組(zu)學(xue)平(ping)臺研究葉片(pian)衰老

研究綜(zong)合(he)利(li)用(yong)了(le)平(ping)臺的(de)葉綠素(su)熒(ying)光(guang)成像、VNIR高(gao)光(guang)譜(pu)成像、SWIR高(gao)光(guang)譜(pu)成像、RGB成像、紅(hong)外(wai)熱成像等(deng)高(gao)通(tong)量(liang)表(biao)型(xing)分析(xi)技術(shu)及系(xi)統提(ti)供(gong)的(de)葉片(pian)跟(gen)蹤(zong)分(fen)析(xi)功能(neng)(leaf tracking analysis),在(zai)線(xian)采集(ji)分(fen)析(xi)了(le)150個表(biao)型(xing)性狀參(can)數(shu),包括四十(shi)多(duo)個葉綠素(su)熒(ying)光(guang)參(can)數、近(jin)百個高光(guang)譜(pu)植(zhi)物(wu)光(guang)譜(pu)反(fan)射(she)指(zhi)數參(can)數,全(quan)面(mian)研究分(fen)析了(le)擬南芥葉片(pian)生(sheng)活周期(qi)及(ji)衰老表(biao)型(xing)組(zu)學(xue)。
