1.激發(fa)光源板、成(cheng)像(xiang)單(dan)元(yuan)等(deng)均采(cai)用(yong)模(mo)塊(kuai)式(shi),配(pei)置靈活(huo)、高(gao)性(xing)價(jia)比、可(ke)擴(kuo)展性(xing)強(qiang)
2.標(biao)配(pei)葉綠素熒(ying)光成(cheng)像(xiang)和(he)多(duo)光譜熒光成(cheng)像(xiang),成(cheng)像(xiang)面積(ji)20x20cm
3.可選(xuan)配(pei)不(bu)同(tong)激(ji)發(fa)光源,不(bu)同(tong)激(ji)發(fa)光源可隨意更換(huan),以滿(man)足(zu)高(gao)等(deng)植(zhi)物(wu)、藻類(lei)及(ji)光生(sheng)物(wu)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)需求

綜合(he)利(li)用(yong)FluorCam多光譜熒光成(cheng)像(xiang)、紅(hong)外(wai)熱成(cheng)像(xiang)及(ji)高(gao)光譜成(cheng)像(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)評估(gu)油(you)菜(cai)在不(bu)同(tong)氣候變化條(tiao)件下的響(xiang)應機(ji)制(zhi)和健(jian)康(CCC:目前(qian)的氣候條(tiao)件不(bu)變,白天(tian)平(ping)均溫(wen)度(du)26度(du)、CO2濃(nong)度(du)408ppm;RCP4.5: 基於(yu)IPCC報(bao)告(gao)推(tui)測的2081–2100年氣候條(tiao)件(基於(yu)當(dang)前(qian)政府的(de)氣候變化應對(dui)政策(ce),白天(tian)平(ping)均溫(wen)度(du)29度(du)、CO2濃(nong)度(du)650ppm):RCP 8.5:基於(yu)IPCC報(bao)告(gao)推(tui)測的2081–2100年氣候條(tiao)件(不(bu)限制(zhi)溫室氣體排(pai)放(fang),白天(tian)平(ping)均溫(wen)度(du)32度(du)、CO2濃(nong)度(du)1000ppm))。左(zuo)圖(tu)為(wei)RGB成(cheng)像(xiang),中(zhong)圖(tu)為(wei)不(bu)同(tong)日期的F440、F520、F680/F740及(ji)葉片空(kong)氣溫度(du)差TL-TA,右(you)圖(tu)為(wei)不(bu)同(tong)日期的光譜曲線(xian)
