2. RGB成像分析(xi):成像測量(liang)參(can)數(shu)包括:
1) 葉面積(ji)(Leaf Area: Useful for monitoring growth rate)
2) 植物緊實度(du)/緊密(mi)度(du)(Solidity/Compactness. Ratio between the area covered by the plant’s convex hull and the area covered by the actual plant)
3) 葉片周長(Leaf Perimeter: Particularly useful for the basic leaf shape and width evaluation (combined with leaf area))
4) 偏心(xin)率(Eccentricity: Plant shape estimation, scalar number, eccentricity of the ellipse with same second moments as the plant (0...circle, 1...line segment))
5) 葉圓度(du)(Roundness: Based on evaluating the ratio between leaf area and perimeter. Gives information about leaf roundness)

5. 近紅外(wai)成(cheng)像(xiang)分(fen)析(xi)(選配(pei)):用(yong)於(yu)觀(guan)測(ce)分析(xi)植物的(de)水(shui)分(fen)狀態及其在(zai)不同組(zu)織間的(de)分(fen)布(bu)變(bian)異(yi),處於(yu)良(liang)好(hao)澆灌狀態的(de)植物表現出(chu)對(dui)近(jin)紅外(wai)光(guang)譜(pu)的(de)高(gao)吸(xi)收(shou)性(xing),而處於幹(gan)旱(han)狀態的(de)植物則表現(xian)出(chu)對(dui)近(jin)紅外(wai)光(guang)譜(pu)的(de)高(gao)反(fan)射(she)性,通過分析(xi)軟件可以監測分(fen)析(xi)從幹(gan)旱(han)脅(xie)迫(po)到(dao)再澆(jiao)灌過程中的(de)整個(ge)過程動(dong)態及植物對(dui)幹(gan)旱(han)脅(xie)迫(po)的(de)響(xiang)應(ying)和(he)水(shui)分(fen)利(li)用(yong)效率,並形(xing)成(cheng)假彩圖(tu)像,可以與(yu)植物的(de)形(xing)態(tai)指數(shu)及葉綠素熒(ying)光(guang)指數(shu)進行(xing)相關分(fen)析(xi)研(yan)究(jiu)。
