PolyPen RP 410手(shou)持(chi)式植(zhi)物光(guang)譜測(ce)量儀(yi)通過(guo)內部光(guang)源(yuan)(氙氣(qi)白熾燈380-1050nm)測(ce)定植(zhi)物葉(ye)片的反(fan)射(she)光(guang)譜,也(ye)可以(yi)測(ce)定其(qi)他光(guang)源(yuan)的(de)透(tou)光(guang)度(du)和吸光(guang)率(lv)。PolyPen在(zai)軟件中內(nei)置了幾乎所有(you)常用的植(zhi)物反(fan)射(she)光(guang)譜指數公(gong)式,例(li)如(ru)NDVI,PRI,NDGI等。測(ce)得(de)的(de)數據(ju)以(yi)圖形或(huo)數據(ju)表的形(xing)式實(shi)時顯示在(zai)儀器(qi)的(de)顯示屏(ping)上。這(zhe)些數據(ju)都(dou)可以(yi)儲存在儀器(qi)的(de)內(nei)存裏(li)並(bing)傳(chuan)輸到(dao)電腦(nao)裏(li)。
PolyPen RP 410由(you)可充電鋰電池供(gong)電,不(bu)需要使用電腦(nao)即(ji)可獨立(li)進(jin)行(xing)測(ce)量。儀(yi)器配(pei)備(bei)全(quan)彩色觸(chu)屏顯示器(qi)、內置(zhi)光(guang)源(yuan)、內(nei)置(zhi)GPS和用於(yu)固定樣(yang)品(pin)的(de)無(wu)損葉(ye)夾。葉(ye)夾具備(bei)進(jin)行(xing)光(guang)源(yuan)和檢(jian)測(ce)器校(xiao)準(zhun)的(de)標(biao)準參照物(wu)。
