工作(zuo)原理
植(zhi)物熒(ying)光成(cheng)像(xiang)系統(tong)用(yong)於檢測植物發(fa)出(chu)熒光的(de)動(dong)態變化(hua)和(he)空間分布(bu),Kautsky效(xiao)應過程、熒光淬(cui)滅及其(qi)它瞬(shun)時熒光過程(瞬(shun)變)都(dou)可(ke)被攝取(qu),從(cong)而(er)提供2維(wei)熒光圖(tu)像(xiang)。測量與(yu)計(ji)算(suan)參(can)數(shu)多(duo)達(da)50多(duo)個:F0, FM, FV, F0', FM', FV', QY(II),NPQ, ΦPSII, FV/FM, FV'/FM', RFd, qN, qP, PAR吸(xi)收(shou)率, 光合(he)電(dian)子傳遞率ETR等。這些(xie)熒(ying)光參(can)數(shu)圖(tu)像(xiang)可(ke)用(yong)於研究(jiu)植物的(de)光合(he)生理、優良(liang)品(pin)種(zhong)篩(shai)選(xuan)及果(guo)實(shi)的(de)成(cheng)熟(shu)過程等等,還可(ke)研(yan)究(jiu)因病變、衰(shuai)老、環(huan)境脅(xie)迫(po)或(huo)基(ji)因突(tu)變造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)熒(ying)光變化(hua)。
